When you create an account and use CLCTD, we collect:

• Account data: email, password (hashed), name, mobile (optional)
• Collection data: artwork images, titles, artist names, descriptions, prices, tags, and any other information you add
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, language preference, session cookies

2. How we use it

• To provide the cataloguing service: store and display your collection
• To authenticate you (login, password recovery)
• To send service notifications (account-related emails)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

3. Where data is stored

All data is hosted in Yandex Cloud (Russia), in a dedicated VM and S3-compatible object storage. Backups are encrypted.

4. Cookies

We use only essential cookies (session, CSRF, language). See Cookie Policy for details.

5. Your rights

• Access — request a copy of your data
• Delete — request full account and data deletion
• Correct — edit your profile data at any time
