1. Acceptance

By creating an account and using CLCTD, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

CLCTD is a digital service for art collectors to catalogue and display their personal art collections.

3. Account responsibility

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• One account per person.

4. Content you upload

• You retain full ownership of images and data you upload.
• You grant CLCTD a limited license to store and display your content within the service for your account use.
• You confirm you have the right to upload the content (copyright, etc.).

5. Prohibited use

• Illegal content (CSAM, terrorism, etc.) — instant ban and report to authorities.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or attempts to break the service.
• Resale or sublicensing of CLCTD access.

6. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or outages may occur.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

CLCTD is provided "as is". We are not liable for data loss caused by your actions, force majeure, or third-party services. Always keep your own backup of important data.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email and via the app.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
